Report damp or mould today
You should never have to live with damp or mould. Report it in Resident.Place with a photo, or call us — we’ll act quickly and it’s never treated as your fault.
We take it seriously — quickly.
Damp and mould are almost always a building problem — ventilation, insulation or a leak — not something you’ve done. We investigate the cause, not just the surface, and put it right.
- We acknowledge your report within one working day.
- We investigate the cause and write to you with what we found.
- We fix the cause so it doesn’t come back, and check in afterwards.
- If your health is at risk, tell us — we treat it as urgent.
How quickly we act

Confidential support if you’re affected.
Domestic abuse can be physical, emotional, sexual, financial or controlling behaviour — from a partner, ex-partner or family member. If it’s happening to you or someone you know, you are not alone, and it is not your fault.
AHFL has trained staff who will respond sensitively, keep what you tell us confidential, and help you stay safe in your home or move somewhere safe.
