New coffee mornings across the North East
Regular get-togethers are starting on more of our estates, with a warm welcome for every resident — no need to book, just turn up.
Good neighbourhoods are built on small, regular things. From this month, coffee mornings are running on more of our North East estates — a standing invitation to every resident to drop in, meet neighbours and talk to the team.
There is nothing to sign up for and nothing to pay. Come for five minutes or stay for an hour. Bring the children. If you have a question about your home, someone from the team will usually be there to help.
Where and when
- Held monthly on participating estates, mornings midweek.
- Free, drop-in, everyone welcome — no booking.
- A member of your housing team on hand for questions.
Some of the best things we do cost almost nothing. A kettle, a room, and people who want to know their neighbours.
Dates for your estate will appear in Resident.Place and on your noticeboard. If you would like to help host one, mention it to your team — we would love the hand.
