Warm homes for winter: an energy update

Upgrades across our homes target strong energy performance, so homes cost less to run and stay warm.

A home you can afford to heat is part of a home held for life. Ahead of winter, we are continuing energy upgrades across our homes, aimed at homes that are warmer and cheaper to run.

The work focuses on what makes the biggest difference to a bill: insulation, more efficient heating, and draught-proofing, prioritised where homes need it most.

What is happening

  • Insulation improvements where they help most.
  • More efficient heating and better controls.
  • Draught-proofing and the small fixes that add up.

If your home is part of the programme, you will hear from us first with dates and what to expect. Nothing about your tenancy changes — the aim is simply a warmer home that costs less to run.
